While rafting in the Bluefish River region, four guild kids are attacked by the mutant cannibal hillbilly Three Finger. Only the teenager Alex succeeds in escaping running through the woods. Meanwhile, a clump of fraught with danger criminals are transported from the West Virginia Grafton Penitentiary in a protection bus escorted by three safety guards through the backwoods. When they park in a repose close up in a police place, Sheriff Carver is informed about the wanting teenagers. The bus driver heads to their fortune with the guards and the prisoners but a tow barter driven by Three Finger hits the bus that falls off the highroad. They are attacked by Three Finger and the fraught with danger Carlo Chavez dominates the guards and the other prisoners. When they accidentally appropriate Alex, the maid tells how indisposed and minacious Three Finger is; sooner the survivals exhibit that Alex is effective the fact.
